Plan and billing

Your plan covers one brand workspace and up to 3 team members, and it starts with a 7-day free trial. Monk bills through Stripe. You manage it all under Account → Pricing.

What your plan includes

• 1 brand workspace.
• Up to 3 team members, with no per-seat fee. See Add your team.
• Competitor tracking and daily scrapes, with room to scale.
• Ad generation in your brand's style, and a model that learns from your feedback.

The founding offer

Monk is in its founding phase. A small number of founding spots are open, and taking one locks your founding price for your first year. Pay monthly, or pay yearly for a lower rate.

Founding spots also come with a done-for-you onboarding call, a weekly creative review with our team, and a money-back guarantee. The pricing page has the exact terms.

Your free trial

Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial converts, and you can cancel before then.

If your account has no active or trialing plan, opening a brand sends you straight to the billing page. Start a plan there to get back in.

What the Pricing page shows

Open Account → Pricing. What you see depends on your plan.

With an active or trialing plan:

• Your plan status, and the date your trial ends or your plan renews.
• Brands used against your limit.
• Team members used against your limit.
• A Manage subscription button.
• Your invoices, with a PDF download for each.

Without a plan, you see the founding offer card, a monthly or yearly toggle, and a button to add your first brand.

Manage your subscription

1. Open Account → Pricing.
2. Click Manage subscription.
3. In the Stripe portal, change your plan, update your card, or cancel.
4. Save. Your limits update right away.

Download an invoice

1. Open Account → Pricing.
2. Find the invoice in the list.
3. Click PDF to download it.

Monk creates an invoice automatically each billing cycle, so your records stay complete without any work from you. Your first invoice appears once the trial converts.
