Sign in and your account
How to sign in to Monk and what your account holds.
Monk uses passwordless sign-in. There is no password to remember.
Sign in
Go to app.gomonk.io and pick one of two ways in.
Continue with Google
- Click Continue with Google.
- Choose your Google account.
- You land back in Monk, signed in.
Email me a sign-in link
- Enter your email.
- Click Email me a sign-in link.
- Open the email and click the link, on the same device and browser you requested it from.
A sign-in link works once, so request a new one if it expires.
Your first sign-in
If you just finished onboarding, sign in with the same email you used there. Monk matches the email and attaches your brand to your account automatically.
If the emails do not match, your brand shows up under Unclaimed brands on the home page. Click Add to my account next to it and it becomes yours.
The home page shows your Brand workspaces as cards. Click one to open it.
Your account
Signing in creates your account automatically. Your account holds:
- Your brands (workspaces).
- Your team, see Add your team.
- Your plan and invoices, see Plan and billing.
Team, plan, and account settings live in the account area. Open your Account to manage them.
Is it safe?
Yes. There is no password to leak, and you only ever see your own account's data.
