Add your team

Invite colleagues to your Monk account and see how seats work.

Invite colleagues so they can work on your brands. Your plan includes up to 3 team members at no extra cost. You manage them under Account → Team.

Invite someone

Open your Account, then Team.
Enter their email and pick a role, Member or Admin.
Click Invite. They get an email with a link. You can also copy the link and send it yourself.

Roles

Owner. The person who created the account. Can invite people and revoke pending invites.
Admin. Can invite people and revoke pending invites.
Member. Can work on brands, but cannot manage the team.

Monk has no remove-member action yet. You can revoke an invite that is still pending, but once someone accepts, they stay on the team.

How seats work

A seat is one person on your account. Your plan includes up to 3, with no per-seat fee.

Every member takes a seat.
A pending invite also takes a seat, until it is accepted or revoked.
At the limit, new invites are blocked until a seat frees up.

Revoke a pending invite you no longer need, and the seat comes straight back. See Plan and billing.

Accepting an invite

Your colleague clicks the link, signs in with their email, and clicks Accept. They then see your account's brands.

Revoke a pending invite

Open Team, find the invite under Pending invites, and click Revoke. A revoked link stops working.
